2. What data, why, and on what basis
We only collect data when you send it to us, or to operate and secure the site.

3. Retention periods
- Survey answers: kept for the duration of the study, then anonymised or deleted (at the latest 24 months after collection).
- Email address (follow-up / beta): until the relevant product launches or until you unsubscribe.
- Contact messages: for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived for 12 months maximum.
- Audience measurement: anonymised data, kept for 13 months maximum.
- Server logs: 6 months maximum.
4. Who has access to your data
Your data is processed by GAM-TECH SAS. It may be hosted or transmitted by our technical providers acting on our instructions:
- IONOS: hosting of the website and the mail server (data kept within the European Union).
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to any third party for commercial purposes.
5. Cookies and audience measurement
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Audience measurement is carried out with a privacy-friendly solution, without cookies and with a truncated IP address. Configured in line with the recommendations of the French data protection authority (CNIL), it is exempt from consent: no cookie banner is forced on you.
A technical local storage (remembering your chosen language) may be used in your browser; it is strictly necessary for the site to work and is used for no tracking.
6. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:
- right of access to your data;
- right to rectification;
- right to erasure;
- right to object and to restrict processing;
- right to data portability;
- right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise these rights, write to us at admin@gam-tech.fr. We reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
7. Artificial intelligence
This showcase website does not use artificial intelligence to process your data and offers no automated chatbot. Should such a feature be added, you would be clearly informed, in line with the European regulation on artificial intelligence (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).
GAM-TECH products that rely on AI are covered by dedicated information within their own terms of use.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.
9. Changes
This policy may change. The date of the latest update appears at the top of the page. In the event of a significant change, we will flag it on the site.
