GAM-TECH wasn't born in an open-plan office. It grew out of a field observation and the meeting of three complementary profiles.
It all started with a simple field observation: hands-on trades keep a whole part of the economy running, yet the digital tools built for them remain rare, and often poorly designed. Guillaume, the founder, spent years in the workshop before writing his first line of code. He knows what separates software dreamed up behind a desk from a tool that truly works once you're on the ground.
From this dual background came a first prototype: an assistant for garages, built single-handedly. But as it grew, the project outgrew what one person could carry. It needed reinforcements worthy of the ambition.
Guillaume posted a job ad on LinkedIn to find an experienced developer. Adrien answered, first to recommend Maxime. Between the two men, the connection was instant, on a technical level as much as a human one.
Guillaume then spoke at length with Maxime, and the same conviction emerged: their visions aligned. Maxime, for his part, had nothing but praise for Adrien. The team took shape on its own, and the three of them decided to move forward together.
What started as one person's project became a team's. GAM-TECH was born of that shared venture.
One business expertise, one infrastructure expertise, one development expertise. Nothing doubled, nothing missing.

The bridge between the workshop and the code. Years of hands-on trade, then software development and AI. He laid the first stone of GAM-TECH and carries the product vision.

The man of foundations. Everything that has to run without falling over is his domain: servers, cloud, security, scaling. When a product goes from ten to ten thousand users, his work is what makes it possible.

The code architect. He turns a prototype into a real product: clean back-end, solid APIs, well-designed databases. The software rigour that makes a tool last.
